The Parliament from Chisinau has resumed on Thursday its activity after the winter holidays. The new autumn-winter session will last until July. Deputies do not know if they will leave for a vacation on July 15th or will work till the end of July like in the previous years, DECA-press transmits.
\nAt the beginning of the session, the speaker Marian Lupu declared that priority will be given to the law projects included in RM-EU Action Plan. This one expires on February 22nd, and deputies want to liquidate all the debts in this context till then.
\nIn time of the session, deputies will adopt the Code of Education.
\nAmong the priorities of the new session, Marian Lupu enumerate the adoption of some laws which would result from the National Development Strategy until 2011, adopted by the Parliament at the end of the last year. Another priority is the Law of local public funds, which could contribute to the development of territories.
\nAt the same time, the Parliament will focus on the reform of the system of nominative compensations.
