Communists insist on cancelling the results of the local elections from the district of Hancesti. The complaint issued by their before that at the district law court of Hancesti reached the law court of Botanica sector of the capital this weekend, which will continue examine the case, DECA-press Agency communicates.
\nCommunists, who, after the general local elections from June 3rd 2007, turned to the opposition structures in the district council with 16 mandates, pretend that in time of the elections, several electoral frauds have been committed. According to them, the reexamination of the ballot papers could permit the cancelling of the elections.
\nDemocrats believe that communists couldn’t accept the loss of power in the district. They point out that, a few months after the elections, the bags with the ballot papers were at the district archive, which is conducted by a communist representative, and suggest that „it could happen so that somebody could have touched them”.
