This fact proves that the political system is in a deep crisis. The governor believes that this crisis is due to non-correspondence of the doctrines of the parties with the electors&rsquo; wishes. Very often, the representatives of the parties cannot explain their pre-electoral programs and their differences from the candidates&rsquo;. Formuzal considers that the independent deputies will be free of any limitations, except electoral promises. <br \/>\nOn the other hand, the governor calls the future independent deputies to consolidate themselves around the Movement &bdquo;Edinaya Gagauzia&rdquo;, which elaborated the program &bdquo;A strong Gagauzia &ndash; a strong country&rdquo;. It is worth mentioning that the governor is also a representative of this social-political movement. <br \/>\nThe elections for the nomination of deputies in the Popular Assembly will be held on March 16th, 2008. <br \/>\nThe legislative body of Gagauzia, the Popular Assembly is formed of 35 deputies.
