DECA-press Agency transmits that the authorities from Chisinau express their will to finalize the negotiations and to sign the main political Pact and the Pact concerning the Moldo-Romanian frontier. On this occasion according to a communique of the Moldovan Minister of External Affairs, Chisinau „ invites the Romanian partners to a constructive, transparent and courageous dialogue.” <\/p>\n

At the same time MEA says that it got acquainted with perplexity with the declarations spread by the representatives of the official institutions of Romania concerning the so-called linguistic motive of not signing the main political Pact and the Pact concerning the state frontier between the Republic of Moldova and Romania. <\/p>\n

The minister specifies referring to the problems of linguistic order that the Moldovan part bases on the constitutional stipulations, but at the same time proposed in a constructive spirit a diplomatic formula acceptable for both parts. <\/p>\n
