The Russian Federation claims that there will be no representatives from Moldova at the elections in Duma because Chisinau has refused to participate, DECA-press agency reveals. <\/p>\n

According to Evgheni Sloboda, the president of the observers from the Commonwealth of the Independent States, declared that the Moldovans would delegate the representatives as components of OSCE. <\/p>\n

The official has nothing against it as this is the right of every state. Ukraine has refused as well to participate as representatives from CIS, though the officials from Kiev did not say whether or not they will do like Moldova. <\/p>\n
