The opposition parties are going to actively utilize the defeat the Communists suffered in most raions of the country, except in the Briceni and Ocnita raions and in Balti city. In all the rest 33 raions, the democratic forces are taking local power over into their hands. <\/p>\n<p>In some localities, democrats have already formed majority coalitions, forcing the Communists into the opposition.
