It knows very well how to act in each case&quot;, Manole said. <\/p>\n<p>He reminded of the last year conflict on the Dubasari dam, when the Transnistrian law and order representatives blocked the traffic of pedestrians through the bridge and did not allow the residents of the nearby Moldovan villages to cross it. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier the border posts, illegally installed by Tiraspol near the Moldovan village of Dorotcaia were impeding the cultivation of their lands behind the Rybnitsa-Tiraspol highway, which the Transnistrian regime considers to be its own lands.
