dealt a heavy blow to the economy, costing nearly 400 million dollars (304 million euros). <\/p>\n<p>Already-strained relations between Moscow and Georgia deteriorated sharply in September when Georgia arrested four Russian officers and accused them of spying. <\/p>\n<p>Moscow responded by suspending all air, land and sea travel to its south Caucasian neighbor and by deporting hundreds of
