An official visit to Moscow by the parliamentary delegation of the republic of Moldova by the invitation of the Russian State Duma has begun today on February 9, INTERLIK News agency reports. <\/p>\n

On Tuesday morning head of the Moldovan delegation Dumitru Diacov has had a confabulation with chairman of the lower chamber of the Russian Parliament Gennady Seleznev. The other members of the delegation has had a meeting with the representatives of the State Duma committees for the CIS Affairs and Ties with Compatriots and of the Commission for Facilitating the Settlement of Political and Economic Situation in Transnistria. <\/p>\n

As the press release, circulated by the RM Embassy in Moscow, communicates, many changes have been made on the agenda of the two-day visit by the Moldovan delegation. Namely, Dumitru Diacov will not have a meeting with the RF Premier Eugeny Primakov, but with his first deputy Victor Gustov. Besides, the speaker of the RM Parliament will have interlocutions with Vice-chairman of the Council of Federation of the RF Federal Assembly Victor Platonov and Russia’s foreign minister Igor Ivanov and other officials. <\/p>\n
