The head of the Moldovan State considers carrying out the consultative referendum on the issue of changing the governing system in the Republic of Moldova to a completely correct form of consulting the people. As INTERLIC New agency reports, RM President’s Press Secretary Anatol Golea announced it at a briefing. <\/p>\n

He said that Petru Lucinschi wards off all the accusations addressed to him on the part of the extreme rightist and leftist forces, which have launched an unprecedented propaganda campaign against the upcoming plebiscite.
