Chisinau Mayor Serafim Urecheanu made an appeal to his rivals to fix their electoral advertising material and placards only in specially equipped places. The fixing of placards on fences, poles, trees, doors and walls of buildings does not only spoil the aesthetic aspect of the city, but also calls for extra expenses in cleaning the city. Besides, Urecheanu underlined, it is a violation of the Law, which we as rivals at the election have pledged to observe. <\/p>\n
