Botan particularly reiterated a set of agreements on avoiding double taxation and mutual investments protection, well-organized banking system, and the companies&#8217; efficient and transparent registration system. <\/p>\n<p>Botan considers that to achieve the set goals it is necessary to take concerted efforts so as to ensure an independent justice and to combat corruption in Moldova. <\/p>\n<p>Igor Botan believes that Voronin&#8217;s initiatives should be implemented through the light of the EU Action Plan for Moldova, because, he said, Moldova&#8217;s European integration efforts have to be streamlined towards participation in the South East Europe Cooperation Process, and getting the status of full-fledged member of the Central-European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA). <\/p>\n<p>They have to be carried out in such a way that &quot;when the time comes for &quot;the Western Balkans&#8217; wave&quot; to enter the EU, Moldova&#8217;s failure to join the process will seem an aberration to all the Moldovan partners, and mainly to the EU.
