Moldovan political analysts describe the community "for democracy and people’s rights" recently created by the separatist regions of Georgia and Moldova as the "political show" of Russia, which is trying to use the regimes it created and backs in order to reinforce its geopolitical position in the Black Sea basin and the Caucasus. <\/p>\n

A programme director in conflict management at the Institute of Public Policies, political analyst Oazu Nantoi has told MOLDPRES that the recent meeting in Sukhumi, Georgia, of the leaders of the separatist republics in Moldova and Georgia proves that these regimes are trying to use a new language, characteristic of the international relations, in order to hush up their anti-democratic and criminal essence". <\/p>\n

"The creation of the so-called community for democracy and people’s rights, is nothing but a political show, which is an element of the fight of interests between the Russian Federation, on one side, and the European Union and the USA, on the other side," Nantoi said. <\/p>\n

"If it is to take into account that the "criminal international" was conducted on the same day, when the meeting between Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and Russian President Vladimir Putin failed to settle any stringent problem in the two countries’ relations, then we can deduce that it is necessary to identify new solutions and instruments which would ensure the Moldovan territory’s reintegration," Nantoi said. <\/p>\n

The director of the Euro-Atlantic Centre in Moldova, political analyst Nicolae Chirtoaca said that the creation of the so-called "community" by the leaders of the separatist republics in Moldova and Georgia is "Moscow’s stage management, a tactic through which the Russian Federation is trying to create some kind of parallel structures of the type of the former Democratic Option Community. <\/p>\n
