The Russian Federal Inspection for Consumer Protection (Rospotrebnadzor) refuses to offer to the economic agents from Moldova and Georgia the results of analysis on the wine-making production, according to the Smart Money business weekly. <\/p>\n

The head of the national association for alcoholic drinks from Russia, Pavel Shapkin, said that "we asked Rospotrebnadzor for offering us data regarding assessment over the alcoholic drinks, but the authority refused to." At the same time, the head of the press service at Rospotrebnadzor said that "there is information of internal use only." <\/p>\n

There is a question on how the figures focused on the bad quality of the imported wines in Russia appeared, if nobody saw any document proving it, the publication says. <\/p>\n

At the same time, the Russian businessmen said that this authority cannot be sued at law without possessing the mentioned documents. The operation on removing the alcoholic drinks from the trade network "is well-grounded". "Thus, the authority can be sued at law, if it submits any objections against any wine company," the one of the directors of a company which is importer of alcoholic drinks said. <\/p>\n

He said that representatives of Moscow prosecution who started the control over the distributors of the wholesale and by retail wine-making production suggested that "those persons who are expressing before the press will be controlled." At the same time, the publication said that the Georgian Glass\/Mineral Water\/IDS company, the Borjomi mineral water producer has not got any official information about the analysis made as it regards. <\/p>\n
