Salmon with Pesto Sauce

Salmon with Pesto Sauce

Serves 8.

1 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
8 salmon fillets

Mix all ingredients save fillets in blender and blend briefly. Broil salmon 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Cover with pesto and serve.
