Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese

Serves 4-6.

2 cups macaroni
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup milk

Cook macaroni; set aside. In large sauce pot, combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce in casserole; cook covered 20 minutes. Uncover and cook additional 15-20 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.
