Chocolate Zucchini Cake
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 cups finely ground zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk, beating well. Sift together dry ingredients and mix well with creamed mixture. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
