Apple Spice Cake

Apple Spice Cake

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
3 cups chopped apple

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Fold in apples. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
