3 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3/4 cup flour

Beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into buttered pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
