Balti Dip
A spicy dip for poppadums. Makes about 1 cup
7 fl oz plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon concentrated mint sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lime pickle
1 teaspoon mango pickle
half a fresh green chilli, chopped
1 teaspoon sweet mango chutney
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Put everything into a blender and liquidize. Serve with poppadums or pakoras.
