Cranberry Sauce
Makes for 8-10.
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon horseradish sauce
Puree the cranberries and onion in a food processor/blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer a couple of hours before serving and let thaw in the fridge.
